Stone Ridge is one of the newest communities in Navasota and one of the only active HOA' s within the City of Navasota.  We take pride in our community, our homes, and our families.  We have approximately 72 lots with a total of around 200 residents.

​Leash Law

No animals, livestock, or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred, or kept on any lot, except for dogs, cats, or other household pets may be kept, provided that they are not kept, bred or maintained for commercial purpose.  No household shall have more than 3 “household” pets at any time.  A leash law shall be in effect at all times.  Any animals running loose or abandon shall be removed either by the proper authority or by the demand and authority of the Home Owners Association.  Animals that create a nuisance either from noise, aggressive behavior or from “owners” negligence shall be reported to the proper authority.  NO PIT BULL or BREED OF ANIMAL RELATED TO PIT BULL WILL BE PERMITTED WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.
